Account Management
Access to the Platform may require account credentials provisioned by Reejig or Customer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details associated with your access. You must notify Customer or a system administrator promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your credentials.
Authorized Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of delivering work intelligence and according to the Agreement. You are responsible for using the Platform in a manner that does not compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform or any Customer data.
You must not:
a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
b) Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
c) Circumvent any access controls or restrictions put in place by Reejig or Customer;
d) Use the Platform in a way that could harm or overload Reejig systems or compromise Platform security; or
e) Use the Platform to create derivative works or competing services.
Platform Intellectual Property
The Platform and all related content, including visualizations, software, code, and models, are the intellectual property of Reejig or its licensors. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership or rights beyond those expressly provided in these User T&Cs and Customer's Agreement with Reejig.
You must not copy, extract, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform or its content except as expressly permitted by the Agreement. The use of unauthorised tools to extract, scrape, record or otherwise access the content is strictly prohibited.
Data Handline
Reejig may monitor or log user activity within the Platform for the purposes of security, performance monitoring, and compliance with the Agreement.
To the extent personal data is processed on the Platform, Customer is the data controller and Reejig acts as the data processor. This means Reejig processes personal data, if any, solely under the direction of Customer. Use of Platform is subject to Customer’s privacy policy. Where applicable, Reejig’s privacy policy describes how Reejig handles data in its role as a processor and operator of the Platform.
Termination or Suspension of Access
Your access to Platform may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Customer. This may occur upon termination of your employment, reassignment of responsibilities, or changes to Customer’s Agreement with Reejig.
Reejig may suspend your access to Platform without prior notice in the event of suspected misuse, security threats, or as otherwise permitted under the Agreement.
Disclaimers and Liability
All warranties, liabilities, and remedies are governed by the Agreement between Reejig and Customer.
Modifications
Reejig may modify these User T&Cs from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated via Platform or through Customer.
Governing Law
These User T&Cs are governed by the laws specified in Customer’s Agreement with Reejig. Disputes relating to these User T&Cs will be subject to resolution as outlined in the Agreement.
