1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("User T&Cs") govern your Use of the Reejig Work OS platform ("Platform"), a work intelligence software product provided by Reejig Pty Ltd (Australia) or Reejig Corp (United States) (both, "Reejig"), on behalf of your organization ("Customer").

Reejig provides Platform to Customer under a separate Enterprise Terms of use or Master Services Agreement (each an "Agreement"). These User T&Cs govern your use of Platform as an individual authorized by Customer and do not create a contract between you and Reejig; your access is provided solely under Customer's Agreement with Reejig.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are authorized to do so by Customer, whether as an employee, contractor, or other authorized individual, and that you agree to comply with these User T&Cs. If you do not agree with any part of these User T&Cs, you must not use the Platform.

3. Scope of Access

Your access is provided solely for use in your capacity as an individual authorized by Customer. You may use the Platform only in accordance with Customer's policies and the purposes permitted under Customer's Agreement with Reejig.

4. Account Management

Access to the Platform may require account credentials provisioned by Reejig or Customer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details associated with your access. You must notify Customer or a system administrator promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Authorized Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of delivering work intelligence and according to the Agreement. You are responsible for using the Platform in a manner that does not compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform or any Customer data.You must not:‍a) Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;‍b) Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;‍c) Circumvent any access controls or restrictions put in place by Reejig or Customer;‍d) Use the Platform in a way that could harm or overload Reejig systems or compromise Platform security; ore) Use the Platform to create derivative works or competing services.

6. Platform Intellectual Property

The Platform and all related content, including visualizations, software, code, and models, are the intellectual property of Reejig or its licensors. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership or rights beyond those expressly provided in these User T&Cs and Customer's Agreement with Reejig.You must not copy, extract, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform or its content except as expressly permitted by the Agreement. The use of unauthorised tools to extract, scrape, record or otherwise access the content is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Handling

Reejig may monitor or log user activity within the Platform for the purposes of security, performance monitoring, and compliance with the Agreement.To the extent personal data is processed on the Platform, Customer is the data controller and Reejig acts as the data processor. This means Reejig processes personal data, if any, solely under the direction of Customer. Use of Platform is subject to Customer's privacy policy. Where applicable, Reejig's privacy policy describes how Reejig handles data in its role as a processor and operator of the Platform.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Certain features and functionalities of the Platform incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning systems (“AI Features”). The purpose of these AI Features is to support workforce analysis and strategic planning activities. They are not intended to make autonomous or legally binding decisions in respect of any individual.

8.1 Nature and Limitations of AI Outputs

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. outputs, insights, classifications, or recommendations generated by AI Features (“AI Outputs”) are produced using statistical models and probabilistic methods;

  2. AI Outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, biases, or other limitations and may not reflect all relevant factors;

  3. AI Outputs are provided for informational and decision support purposes only and are not intended to replace human judgment, in particular it is not intended to replace human decision making regarding any individual’s employment status or conditions; and

  4. Reejig does not warrant that any AI Output will be complete, accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.

8.2 Human Oversight and User Responsibility

The Platform is intended to operate with appropriate human oversight. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI Outputs before relying on them and for determining how they are used within your organization. Use of AI Features does not diminish your obligation to comply with applicable laws or to exercise independent judgement in any workforce or employment related decision.

9. Termination or Suspension of Access

Your access to Platform may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Customer, or Reejig. This may occur upon termination of your employment, reassignment of responsibilities, or changes to Customer’s Agreement with Reejig. Reejig may suspend or terminate your access to Platform without prior notice in the event of suspected misuse, security threats, or as otherwise permitted under the Agreement.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

All warranties, liabilities, and remedies are governed by the Agreement between Reejig and Customer.

11. Modifications

Reejig may modify these User T&Cs from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated via Platform or through Customer.

12. Governing Law

These User T&Cs are governed by the laws specified in Customer’s Agreement with Reejig. Disputes relating to these User T&Cs will be subject to resolution as outlined in the Agreement.
