Dr Shujia Zhang is Chief Technology & AI Officer and co-founder at Reejig, where she leads the architecture of the WorkOS — the infrastructure powering AI deployment, orchestration, and ethical automation across the enterprise.

A machine learning specialist with a PhD in deep learning and graph modelling, Shujia has built one of the world’s only enterprise-grade, audited AI systems for workforce transformation. Her technical expertise spans neural networks, statistical modelling, and graph-based architectures, with deep experience in building systems that are accurate, scalable, and explainable.

Before co-founding Reejig, Shujia led advanced data science programs at SafetyCulture, delivering recommendation engines, OCR products, and analytics at scale. Her academic research and applied work converge in Reejig’s core intelligence layer — powering live task mapping, AI potential indexing, and agent deployment across complex organisations.

As the mind behind Reejig’s Ethical Talent AI, Shujia is a global leader in the responsible use of workforce AI. She works closely with enterprise, government, and regulatory bodies to ensure that AI systems are not only high-performing — but safe, transparent, and fit for purpose.
