Account Registration.  

1. Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Platform

1. Personal Use: The Platform is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Platform to create your career path, add or manage skills, browse job opportunities and gigs, and access learning recommendations. Any other use of the Platform, including but not limited to commercial use, unauthorized data mining, or misuse of the Platform’s features, is strictly prohibited.

2. • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
   • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
   • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
   • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.

Content and Intellectual Property

1. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, such as your profile information, your created skills, and job experience. By submitting content, you grant Reejig and its Customer(s) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your content in connection with the operation of the Platform and the services provided by Reejig and its Customer(s). This license is necessary to ensure that the Platform functions effectively and that you can receive the services you expect. You understand and accept that notwithstanding provision to the contrary contained in the Applicable Law,  you cannot pursue any intellectual property claim against Reejig or any of its Customers for alleged intellectual property infringement of content submitted by you and you hereby waive any right to sue or seek remedy contained in the Applicable Law for alleged use of your content.
2. Reejig Content: The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Reejig or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

Job Opportunities and Gigs

1. Job Matching: The Platform may recommend job opportunities and gigs based on your skills and experience. These recommendations are generated through automated processes using machine learning algorithms designed to match your profile with potential opportunities.
2. Notice of Automation:Please be aware that these job recommendations are automated. If you have any concerns or need further clarification, you may contact us for more information.

User Responsibility: While the Platform strives to suggest opportunities that align with your skills and interests, it is your responsibility to evaluate whether a job opportunity is right for you. Reejig does not guarantee the suitability, availability, or outcome of any job opportunities recommended.
2. Informational Purposes: All job listings and recommendations provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only. Reejig does not endorse or guarantee any particular employer, job opportunity, or the accuracy of the listings. You are advised to conduct your own research and exercise due diligence before applying for any positions.

 Learning Opportunities

1. Learning Recommendations: The Platform may display learning opportunities, such as courses, workshops, or certifications, based on your skills and career goals.
2. Notice of Automation: Learning recommendations are also generated through automated processes. If you have any questions about how these recommendations are made, feel free to reach out to us.
3. Informational Purposes: All learning recommendations provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only. Reejig does not endorse or guarantee the quality or suitability of any learning opportunities. You are advised to conduct your own research and consider your personal learning needs before enrolling.

External Portals

1. Redirection to External Portals: The Platform may redirect you to external websites or portals for completing job applications or signing up for learning opportunities. These external portals are operated by third parties and are not under Reejig’s control.
2. No Liability for External Portals: Reejig is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or any actions taken on external portals. Once you are redirected to an external portal, your interactions are governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of that portal.
3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms and conditions of any external portal you access through the Platform. 

Data Protection and Privacy

1. Data Controller and Data Processor: The Customer is the data controller of any personal data processed on the Platform, and Reejig acts as the data processor. This means that Reejig processes your personal data on behalf of the Customer in accordance with the Customer's privacy policy and instructions.

1. Privacy Policies: Your use of the Platform is subject to both the Customer's and Reejig's Privacy Policies. The Customer’s Privacy Policy governs how your personal data is collected, used, shared, and processed by both the Customer and Reejig as the processor. Reejig's Privacy Policy provides additional details on how we protect and manage your personal data while fulfilling our role as a processor. Both privacy policies may be reviewed and updated from time to time, and we encourage you to review them periodically to stay informed about how your personal information is being handled.

Profile Deletion

1. Deleting Your Profile: You have the ability to delete your profile directly through the Platform by using the “Delete Profile” button available in the account settings.
2. Immediate Effect: When you delete your profile, your access to the Platform and its features will be immediately removed. 
3. Retention of Certain Data: Please note that certain data may be retained by Reejig as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after your profile is deleted.
4. Irreversibility:Once your profile is deleted, the action cannot be undone, and you will no longer be able to retrieve any data or content associated with your account.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Reejig does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reejig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reejig and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or your violation of these T&Cs.

Modifications to the T&Cs

Reejig reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised T&Cs on the Platform or through other communications. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

 Severability and Waiver

1. Severability: If any provision of these T&Cs is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, you and Reejig agree that the court should modify the terms to make that provision enforceable while still achieving its original intent. If the court cannot modify the provision, you and Reejig agree to ask the court to remove the unenforceable part and still enforce the remainder of these T&Cs.

1. Waiver: If Reejig does not immediately act to enforce any right or provision under these T&Cs, this does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Reejig retains the right to enforce any part of these T&Cs at any time, even if it has not done so in the past.

Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user is located..
